At Gundog, our team not only love wine & craft beer, we're also Gin fanatics. We’ve teamed up with Newcastle craft distiller Newy Distillery to create the new Gundog Dry Gin.

In a world first, we have produced a gin infused with Hunter Valley Semillon!

We wanted to create a gin that reflected the Hunter Valley region and acknowledged our heritage. Drawing inspiration from the unique personality of Hunter Semillon, the Gundog Dry Gin is a bright, Semillon-esque spirit with a citrus-led nose and palate. We've included supporting botanicals such as green apple peel, angelica root, lime peel, lemon myrtle, star anise, coriander seeds, cloves, almonds, honeycomb and, of course, juniper and cassia bark.

A gin for wine lovers, it will draw you back time and again. With layered complexity, and a refreshing citrus-led palate, it's distinctive, modern and compelling. We love it & we think you will too!
